In harmony with her desire to start a family, Tari then completed the MamaSutra Prenatal Yoga teacher training with Sokhna Heathyre Mabin, followed by a prenatal yoga teaching internship at SmartWorkout in NYC.  While pregnant with her daughter, she completed the Baby Om teacher training with Laura Staton and Sarah Perron in 2008.  Her direct experience with prenatal yoga led her to a beautiful pregnancy and wonderful natural waterbirth.  She also used Baby Om techniques to bond with her newborn and enhance her personal postnatal recovery.  Through her practice, training, and personal experience, Tari strongly believes in living your life to the fullest from moment to moment with an open heart and very much wants to share this message with her students.

The most important thing for Yana is not an attractive asana, but basic steps that help you to gradually reach there, while fixing your body from head to toes, without getting injured. This is how you learn to listen and respect your body as a vehicle, temple, flower and best friend…
